Matt Jacobs is an award-winning former federal prosecutor and distinguished trial lawyer who represents individuals and institutions in complex civil disputes and high-stakes criminal matters.

After graduating from UCLA, Princeton, and NYU Law, Matt practiced civil litigation and white collar defense at Davis Polk & Wardwell, one of America’s top law firms. He then served as an Assistant United States Attorney in New York and California, where he prosecuted al-Qaeda terrorists, mafia bosses, and child sex traffickers, among many others – and never lost a trial.

Matt founded the Jacobs Law Firm to provide clients with exceptional legal representation and strategic guidance in their most important matters – when the stakes are highest and losing is not an option.
